We issue VAT invoices at the request of our Guests. Please inform us of the need for an invoice when making your reservation and provide the necessary billing details. In all other cases, the default document is a fiscal receipt.

At our facility, payments can be made by credit card, BLIK, or cash on-site, as well as by bank transfer.

Unfortunately, there is no public elevator available for our Guests in the building. Our rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, accessible via stairs. Some of the rooms are situated in the attic and feature slanted ceilings.
However, regardless of the building's architecture, our team is always happy to assist with carrying luggage up or down. You can count on us!

Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Should you need a later check-out, please contact the reception to check availability and the terms of extension.

Yes, luggage can be left at the reception. You will receive a numbered tag indicating which items belong to you.

Usually yes, you can leave your car free of charge until 2:00 PM, after prior consultation with the reception. Due to the limited number of parking spaces, there may be situations where leaving the vehicle is unfortunately not possible.

In the case of a longer stay after 2:00 PM - the cost of extending the parking until the end of the day is 15.00 PLN gross.

Rooms are equipped with a self-service coffee and tea set, water, a set of dishes and cutlery, and an electric kettle. All our rooms have en-suite bathrooms. We provide towels, a hair dryer, and a set of toiletries (hand soap and shower gel/shampoo).

If needed, we provide other accessories: an ironing board, an iron, adhesive bandages, toothbrushes, and emergency supplies :) At the reception, you can also purchase additional drinks and snacks available in the refrigerator.

We offer single, double, and triple rooms, family rooms, and a two-room apartment.Single beds measure 90x200 cm, and double beds are 140x200 cm. A baby cot is available upon request – please inform us of the need for an extra child's bed in the room when making your reservation. Children under 3 years old stay at WenderEDU for free.

We do not have our own restaurant, however, you can easily order meals to our facility via delivery platforms or directly from selected restaurants.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, at a time specified by you, based on a previously selected item from our breakfast menu. We serve breakfast to your room or in the dining room (1st floor). There is also a take-out breakfast option available.

Pets are not allowed in our facility, regardless of their species or size. The only exception is an assistance animal, such as a guide dog. Please inform us about this when making your reservation.

Wi-Fi is available for Guests throughout the building. The password can be found in your room, in the frame containing the most important information, or you can ask for it directly at the reception.

Originally, this street was dominated by groats and grain merchants, hence the name Gräupenstrasse. The first Sisters of Saint Elizabeth arrived here in 1857 at the request of Countess Paulina Preysing, taking up the care of poor female retirees in her charitable institution. The complex of buildings consisted of the general house and the novitiate of the Order, as well as the Saint Joseph Hospital, which gave the street its later name, Josephstrasse.

Military operations during the Siege of Breslau heavily damaged the buildings. In 1945, as a result of a massive bombing raid, the hospital, the general house, and partially the novitiate house were destroyed.

After 1989, the Order of Saint Elizabeth regained the buildings confiscated by the communist authorities. A care and treatment facility was established in the neighboring building of the former novitiate. Subsequently, the provincial house was rebuilt. The remains of the destroyed hospital were leveled to the ground.

The reconstruction of the building we are in is based on pre-war plans. Part of the building houses the Congregation and spaces used for its charitable activities. WenderEDU Business Center has been operating in this building since 2009, creating an ideal place for Guests and training participants.

WenderEDU operates as a secular accommodation facility and training center. Part of the complex is still inhabited and used by the Order of Saint Elizabeth. We are part of Ostrów Tumski, 300 m from the Cathedral, in the oldest, historic part of Wrocław, which for years was a church island—hence the sacred character of the building and the surroundings.

Unfortunately, our facility does not offer the aforementioned services; however, our central location provides a wide range of opportunities to use the offers of nearby SPA centers. The nearest swimming pool is Wrocławskie Centrum SPA Sp. z o.o. at Teatralna Street.
